Distilled in traditional pot stills, Tara Pot Still Gin features juniper and coriander alongside uniquely selected botanicals including locally foraged sea lettuce from Jervis Bay, native mountain pepper leaf, Irish rowan berry, heather, and Newfoundland savoury.
