Red Snapper Cocktail

Ingredients

60ml Tara Pot Still Gin
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Smoked Salt
Ground Black Pepper
4 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
6 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Chilled Tomato Juice
Bacon
Cucumber 
Coriander

Method

Assemble the Red Snapper cocktail straight into a highball glass. Fry some bacon and ribbon some cucumber for the garnish.  We also use a sprig of coriander for garnish as well. 

One of our favourites and a perfect drink for some wild weather!  This is the Gin version of a Bloody Mary, and using our Pot Still Gin really adds a whole new element to this cocktail.  The botanicals really shine through and give it a lovely zing.
