Gina-Colada Cocktail
Ingredients
30ml Tara Pot Still Gin
25ml Rum
30ml Cream Coconut
15ml Lime juice
10ml Orgeat
90ml Pineapple Juice
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or coconut rim or mint
Method
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, then add Tara Pot Still Gin, rum, cream coconut, lime juice, orgeat, and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously for 30seconds until the shaker is cold. Using your hawthorn shaker single strain into a long glass that has 3 ice cubes. Add a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
