Espresso Martini Recipe | Tara Vodka & Stern Pony Coffee Liqueur

Espresso Martini

Ingredients
30ml Tara Five Mile Chase Vodka
25ml Stern Pony Coffee Liqueur
20ml Fresh Coffee
15ml Sugar Syrup
Garnish with coffee beans or Ferrero Rocher chocolate

Method
In a shaker add ice, then add Tara Five Mile Chase Vodka, Stern Pony Coffee Liqueur, Fresh Coffee, Sugar Syrup and shake for 30 seconds. Using your Hawthorn strainer, double strain into a coupe glass and garnish. 

To make sugar syrup, add 1 part sugar to 1 part water, heat slightly and stir until combined. 

For a delicious variation, you can replace the Vodka with Tara Pot Still Gin for a gin espresso martini!
