Barrel Aged Ginger - Recipe

Ingredients

30ml  Tara Barrel Aged Gin
Bitters 4 dashes
Top up with Bundaberg ginger beer
Maple Syrup 1 dash
Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel

Method

In a tumbler glass, fill with ice, then add 30ml Tara Barrel Aged Gin. Add 4 dashes of bitters and top up with ginger beer. Add 1 dash of maple syrup and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
