LOCAL SEA LETTUCE Tara Pot Still Gin is distilled from a well balanced blend of Juniper and native Australian botanicals. A strong juniper base, with macadamia nut, local sea lettuce, lemon myrtle, grapefruit, orange, pepper berry combine beautifully with Irish rowan berry, heather, and Newfoundland savoury. This is a distinctive, and truly classic dry gin. Our gin is softened by the fresh, pure harvested Shoalhaven rainwater giving our gin a beautiful mouthfeel, and bottled by hand one at a time. Distilled in our small copper pot gin still called Beag (Bec) which means small/little in Irish. Bec was one of the Tuatha Dé Danann (an immortal race with supernatural powers in Irish mythology), known for having a magic well that would grant wisdom with one drink and foretelling with a second. |
RHUBARB, BLACKBERRY & STRAWBERRY Blooming Gin is distilled with native Australian botanicals, juniper, and sea lettuce, and infused with locally grown rhubarb, blackberry, and strawberry. This makes for a very fruity gin that pairs beautifully with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and fresh cut strawberries.

GINGER, SPICE & ORANGE Tara Pot Still Gin has been aged in a South Australian Apera cask for 17 months in the making of our Barrel Aged Gin. Lovely dried fruits, Christmas spices, orange and ginger. Serve as a sipping gin or works perfectly with ginger beer.
